Bookings include Internet Wi-Fi connection, tables and chairs, full use of kitchen facilities including crockery, cutlery and serving platters.

Conditions

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Booking must include sufficient time for setting up before event and after.
  • All bookings must be for whole hours
  • The premises must be in a clear and tidy state at the end of booking
  • Villager rates will be at the discretion of trustee’s agreement.
  • Full terms and conditions apply.

Deposits
A security deposit will be required at time of booking made by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded after the event subject to the hall being found in a clean and satisfactory condition in line with our terms and conditions.
